Diane Garner - REALTOR ®

Diane was born and raised in Connecticut and has enjoyed all the shoreline has to offer including boating, fishing, and community events which led her and her fiancé to purchase a home in Niantic six years ago. Diane enjoys giving back to the community and is currently a member of the East Lyme Inland Wetland Agency. Buying and selling homes is a passion of theirs and in the past eleven years, they have participated in buying homes at auctions. She finds the process of designing, remodeling, landscaping, and selling homes to new owners very rewarding.

This experience also provides her with a unique vantage point in real estate. She's able to appreciate all the facets of being a buyer/seller as a first-person experience. It is because of these projects that she's so empathetic with her clients a really appreciated quality as she works through transactions with her clients.

As a realtor, Diane is dedicated to helping others thru this major life transition of buying or selling a home providing guidance and support with attention to detail and integrity.

For the past 25 years, Diane has also worked in the field of Occupation Therapy where she has enjoyed working closely with people from all walks of life and having a positive impact on their lives in many different ways. She also has a background in finance and performs bookkeeping services for a property management company.

Diane has participated in the Alzheimer's Memory Walk for the past 30 years raising money for research and supporting the local chapters that help families dealing with this disease. Having lost family members to this disease contributed to her desire to help find a cure and drew out her compassion for helping others.
